What is Photosynthesis & what are the products of it ?

plants make their own food in a process called photosynthesis ; the process in which cells take energy from
the sunlight & make food from it . One product of photosynthesis is sugar that has six carbon atoms. The other product of this process is oxygen. The oxygen exits the leaf through the stomata.
The formula for photosynthesis is: 6 CO2 + 6 H2O → C6H12O6 + 6 O2
Or Carbon dioxide + Water + Light energy →
Glucose + Oxygen
photosynthesis happens in plants, algae, & many different types of bacteria. Photosynthesis occurs when carbon dioxide enters the green parts of the leaf where the chloroplast is, which has chlorophyll in it. When the carbon dioxide reaches it, it shoots out oxygen and sugars (Food).
